Lymphoma! A case of legitimate fears or a case of mental insanity?

Hellooo, Okay so here I go. I'm a natural hypochondriac. And yes most of the time i'm ridiculous but recently I've noticed (for the past 3 months actually) a good amount of swollen lymph nodes (8) in and around my body. The locations are under my jaw, in my neck, and in my groin area. Now I automatically assume it's Lymphoma due to the insanity of the google searches that points to this cancer. A little insight is appreciated. 8 swollen lymph nodes in my jaw, neck, and groin.. All relatively small, some movable, the ones in the groin not so much, some hard, some not. I feel healthy! i'm just looking for a good answer to this.
