SERIOUS: Why should I wear a scarf on?

I HAVE to wear a scarf on which I don't mind as I like it; but if it falls off I get shouted at, not by my father but from aunts and uncles. My father and mother don't say anything it's always THEIR family. It's so annoying considering I was born and bred in England and they're ( parents family) from Pakistan. Recently my aunt went Pakistan in which she brought back a video of my cousins... her future daughter in law. They are older then me and were not wearing a scarf on, atleast I have the decency to put it on when being recorded or such. It really annoys me because people in Pakistan can wear westernized clothes on yet I can't.. This is not fair. What do you think/opinions? No trolling as I have had enough.
