What is a good pre-workout drink for high intensity workouts followed by weight training a few hours later?

I am about to start insanity and looking for a pre and post workout drink. I also plan on doing resitance triaing 3 days a week a few hours after i do my insanity workout followed by a short endurance run. so insanity, weights, and a run. any ideas for pre and post workout drinks/supplements to help my body get the best workout and recover faster.
