Power 90 vs Insanity vs P90X?
in 30 days? You could lose probably 15 lbs in 30 days if you ate right and exercised. The only reason you could lose that much weight is because of how much you weight right now so once you get down to about 200 - 215, don't expect to be losing 15 lbs a month because it won't happen. Eat lots of vegetables and cut your meat intake. Stop drinking sodas. Drink water and eat carrots, celery, and stuff like that. You can eat 1500 calories per day and you need to do that so make sure you eat, just eat healthy. For example, a bowl of FiberOne cereal is about 200 calories, if you eat a big bowl like I do. That's very good. FiberOne cereal is very low in calories. Don't be fooled by the low fat gimmicks in the stores. Those are gimmicks, it's not healthy food. Like for example low fat peanut butter, does not help you lose weight. There is a low calorie peanut butter that is pretty good for you, it's called PB2. You can find it in some stores and online. It's only 45 calores per 2 tbsp. I usually stick to a 130 calorie per 100 g of food diet. So something like grilled chicken is okay to eat because it's about 130 calories per 100 g. Something like a breaded chicken patty is 250 calories per 100g which is very bad. About 1 calorie per 1 g of food is the limit in general. At least that's what I do. Try to eat at least one healthy meal per day. Like eat a bowl of green beans with 3 celery stick and a banana for lunch or something.
