I am 5"0 and 180 lbs. I need to lose 15-20 lbs in 2 weeks..I know the risk but I am desperate. I walk 5 days a week (1 hour) and drink only water and green tea on average no more than 45g of carbs a day and very low calories (I don't count calories only carbs). I don't eat after 6pm and I do 20 minutes of cardio (insanity) maybe 3 days a week. Is it possible for me to lose 20 pounds at this rate. Please give me straight answers from experience. Thanks
