Is this a reasonibal weightloss goal?
my goal is 3 pounds per week, i have been doing the turbo-fire workouts as kind of a warm-up for insanity. i take about a 15min break between them. my ultimate goal is to be healthier and have better cardieo endurance. any advice or thoughts. thanks
