Lymphoma, Or a simple case of Insanity.?

Ohkay, so I have not been to a doctor at all since around decemberish.. When I went my blood work was okay, so that was a positive for me. But i've noticed in the past 3 months I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck, under my jaw, and a few small hard ones in my groin area. Everyone freaks out at me due to the fact they think I am a hypochondriac.. Though in the past I thought i had oral cancer, throat cancer, ALS, and others.. It's just annoying cause the ones in my neck don't grow, but they are there and have been for awhile. There are 8 lymph nodes altogether that are swollen and it's bothering me, i Hate it and expect the worst cause the internet almost always points to Lymphome.. A good answer is accepted.
