My husband did not come home last night.?

MY husband and I have been married for over 14 years now and we have 5 kids(15-1). He was laid off for over six months and finally has got his butt back to work. He is in construction but has started back slow. We have been constantly fighting about money because of this fact and he was supposed to be getting paid on four separate projects for the past few weeks. He has yet to do so and offers every excuse to why he has not been paid. the problem is- I actually went to the places that he worked and saw the receipts for the materials he purchased for the jobs. Anyway...two weeks ago he was to be paid and then he never called or came home. I ended up having to be admitted to the hospital and he did not even have the decency when he found that out to call and check on me or our kids. Now last night he did not call again and stayed out all night- would not answer his phone or anything. What should I do?
