P90x without diet plan but getting great results?
Ok i did insanity i went to month to and stopped and switch to p90x im finishing up my 2nd week i just did kenpo and i see great results i started frm 165 now im 159 im 5'7 an 19 i did my body fat thing and its between 18 to 15 i only plan on doing it 60 days cuz of college....i use muscle milk powder every morning and i dnt think i kept my calories high i think yesterday i only went to 1500 and i was wondering CAN I SKIP PHASE 2 diet and go str8 to PHASE 3 bcuz plyo and all them are pretty easy bcuz k did insanity the only thing im worried about is my body fat percent WILL IT DROP ALOT SWITCHN TO PHASE 3 cuz i want MUSCLE AND IM STARTING TO SEE ABS AND MY V SHAPE COMING PLEASE HELP!!
