15 years old... did p90x and some insanity... have not worked out in probably 3 weeks due to an injury to my testicles from working out and being in the hospital a few times. Since I am still recovering should I at lease be picking up some dumbbells and doing some weights? I usually do not like to workout unless I plan on drinking powder. Because I have it drilled in my head that unless I drink powder after I workout it wont show... I do have a swimming pool that is good exercise ... anyone have any thoughts?
