Complaining Neighbors?

48 hours is a LONG time to leave trash out. Heck, 24 hours is a long time to leave trash strewn about in a nice neighborhood. Cancel the newspapers, and until they are stopped, pick them up daily and dispose of them. People don't want to see trash and newspapers strewn about, that is unsightly. And it embarrasses people to confront others who are doing something they consider disgusting, which is why they contact the landlord. Everyone pays a lot of money to live there so they don't have to look at trash.
