Healthy foods and a good scale?

I would like to get into the 5-10% body fat range and I need to know what to start eating. I have a good exercise routine including, Insanity, weight training, and walking/jogging on the treadmill. I usually do insanity and cardio at the gym on the same days and weight training every other couple/few days. What meats do I need to consume and what other foods?
