I'm on an intense cardio routine (Insanity).. hows my diet lookin?

Why don't you google "Insanity Nutrition Plan" and do a little investigating. I'm the same age and smaller than you and I'm supposed to be eating 1700 calories to do Insanity, so my guess is you're supposed to be eating more.
